1. The power supply voltage is too high or too low, and excessive current causes the winding to heat up

2. Improper use of hot dismantling method during repair and dismantling of windings can burn the iron core

3. Cage rotor broken bar

4. Motor phase loss, two-phase operation

5. Motor overload or frequent starting

6. Damage to motor bearings increases resistance

7. High ambient temperature, excessive dirt on the surface of the motor, or blocked ventilation ducts

8. Stator winding fault

9. Rubbing between the stator and rotor iron cores

Solution measures

1. The motor housing and heat dissipation groove are clean and hygienic, and can directly contact the surrounding air to achieve good heat dissipation conditions.

2. It is prohibited to overload the motor for a long time. If it needs to be overloaded for a short period of time, necessary cooling measures must be taken.

3. Motor overload is not allowed to exceed 10% of the rated load. Install the cooling induced draft fan appropriately to prevent reverse rotation.

4. Regularly clean the cooling air duct for dust and scale collection to ensure heat transfer efficiency.

5. Regularly inspect and maintain cooling equipment to ensure cooling effectiveness.

6. Strengthen the air flow around the motor to promote heat dissipation.

7. Reduce the temperature around the motor.
