Introduction
The YVF2 series (IP54) variable frequency speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motor independently designed, developed and produced by our company is the second generation of YVP series variable frequency speed regulating motor. When the variable frequency (non-sinusoidal) power supply is adopted, the high-order harmonics have an impact on the loss and efficiency of the motor, shaft voltage, impulse voltage, and insulation strength. The special F-class insulation structure is adopted, which can withstand high-frequency pulses, and the corresponding relationship of the anti-corona level, frame number, and installation size is consistent with the Y2 series three-phase asynchronous motor, in line with IEC, with strong interchangeability and versatility. And an independent power supply cooling fan is used to force ventilation cooling on the motor surface, ensuring that the motor temperature rise does not exceed the allowable value when the motor is operated at a low speed and constant torque for a long time.

YVF2 series variable frequency speed regulating motors are used for AC speed regulation in the form of “frequency converter + cage asynchronous motor (special variable frequency motor)”. They are widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, textile, plastic, printing, packaging, food and other industries, and in machinery, pumps, conveyor lines, automation equipment, machine tools and other fields.

The use of polymer insulation materials and vacuum pressure varnishing manufacturing process makes the electrical winding insulation durability and mechanical strength extremely strong, enough to adapt to the high-speed operation of the motor and resist the damage to the insulation caused by the high-frequency current impact of the inverter; it has a wide range of constant torque speed regulation characteristics, stable speed regulation, and no torque pulsation; it has good parameter matching with various inverters, and with vector control, it can achieve zero-speed full torque, low-frequency high torque, high-precision speed control, position control and fast dynamic response; high balance quality, vibration level is R level (vibration reduction level); forced ventilation cooling system, axial flow fan is ultra-quiet, long life, strong wind force, to ensure that the motor can effectively dissipate heat at any speed, and can achieve high-speed or low-speed long-term operation. This series of motors has passed CE certification.
